What Chalo Bahar is

Chalo Bahar is a listings marketplace that connects customers with independent picnic-spot and farmhouse owners in Karachi. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed properties. Bookings and their terms are agreed directly between the customer and the property owner.

Accounts

An account is either a customer account or an owner account. Owners must provide a valid phone number and CNIC before any of their listings can be approved and shown publicly. Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible.

Inquiries and bookings

Contacting an owner through Chalo Baharcreates an inquiry. The owner decides whether to confirm a booking — we don't guarantee availability or lock a date on your behalf, other than a short temporary hold (typically 30 minutes) while you finish submitting your contact details, so two people don't collide on the same date at the same moment.

Payments

Owner subscription upgrades are processed through JazzCash. Chalo Bahar does not currently process booking payments or payouts between customers and owners — any money for a booking is handled directly between you and the owner.
