Cancellation Policy

Chalo Bahardoesn't take payment for bookings, so there's no platform-side cancellation or refund process to describe — bookings are confirmed directly between you and the property owner, and cancellation terms are whatever you agree with them.

Temporary holds

If you hold a date on a listing while messaging the owner, that hold is temporary (typically 30 minutes) and expires automatically — nothing to cancel.

Owner subscriptions

Owners on a paid subscription can downgrade back to the free plan at any time from Settings — no cancellation request needed.

If you have a specific cancellation issue with an owner, we'd still like to know — digital agreements exchanged through the site record what was actually agreed, which can help resolve a disagreement.
