What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email, and (for owners) phone number and CNIC, used to verify listings before they're approved. When you contact an owner, we store the details you provide (name, phone, and any preferences you share) so the owner can get in touch with you.

How we use it

Your details are used to operate the marketplace: connecting you with owners, sending booking-related emails, and letting admins verify owner listings. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

Your phone number and an owner's contact details

An owner's phone/WhatsApp number is only shown to you after you've sent an inquiry — never shown to anonymous visitors browsing listings.

Third parties

We use Firebase for authentication, ImageKit for photo hosting, and JazzCash for owner subscription payments. Each of those providers processes only the data needed to perform their part (sign-in, image storage, or payment processing).
